GTR Teleradiology provides premium evening imaging coverage for health systems nationally, so patients get timely, accurate reads after local radiologists leave for the day. We are looking for radiologists who want strong per-wRVU pay, two weeks off out of every three, and a well-supported evening worklist without overnight hours, all read from home.

What you will read
- High-efficiency caseload: Primarily emergency department cross-sectional imaging, along with inpatient studies.
- Volume: 80–140 wRVUs available per shift; STAT turnaround faster than ACR timeframes.
- Sites: Various health system sites across multiple states, primarily IMLC-eligible.
- Read type: Final reports; critical results communicated per protocol, with GTR staff and national tele-assist support placing callbacks so you stay reading.
Technology and support
- Worklist: Premier cloud-based PACS; single, fairly distributed worklist.
- Workstation: Home workstation provided as needed; 24/7 IT support during every shift.
- Clinical backup: Medical Director support, Physician PACS Trainer support, and experienced radiologists available for questions; collegial, education-focused peer review.
What we are looking for
- MD or DO; ABR board certified or board eligible — new graduates and early-career radiologists encouraged to apply.
- Active U.S. medical license, ideally in an IMLC state — we obtain additional licenses for you, at no cost.
- Comfortable reading ER cross-sectional imaging independently, including trauma and stroke-protocol CT.
- Must read from within the United States.
